Products move fast, and research rarely keeps up.
I joined Maze early and spent five years shaping the product before stepping into a leadership role, most of that work was hands-on and 0 → 1.
From 2021 to 2026 I led the design function, hiring and developing the team while staying close to product strategy. In 2026 I returned to IC to go deep on craft again.
Let the boy cook.
