Traditional banking can be an absolute drag. Paperwork, long wait times and clunky apps. It was time to fix that.
I joined as one of the first 100 employees and spent five years designing core product experiences during a period of rapid, sometimes chaotic, growth.
I was hands-on across building features from 0 → 1 solving traditional banking problems with disruptive approached. Work here included building savings features like Spaces, Premium Memberships, Growth and activation, and Consumer loans.
The goal was to build the first bank the world loves to use, and I feel we've made a solid dent with around 4.8 million active customers today.
